We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join this expanding team. This is an exciting role where you will be involved in a variety of creative projects that will help propel the brand to new heights. Working from the North London studio, you will be responsible for producing artwork that captures the brand's aesthetic while participating in projects from the initial concept stage through to completion.
This position is perfect for a designer with a strong creative vision, a keen eye for detail, and the drive to advance their career!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Craft visually stunning designs that are in line with the brand's style, showcasing a deep understanding of composition, layout, and color.
  • Production-Ready Artwork: Adapt existing designs to product cutter guides across various categories, including stationery, greeting cards, homeware, fashion, and more. Ensure all files are correctly formatted for production.
  • Technical Accuracy: Maintain consistency and precision in artwork, with a solid grasp of CMYK processes, Pantone colours, and plate separation.
  • Product Quality: Evaluate product samples, providing constructive feedback to suppliers to enhance the quality of the products and ensure they meet premium standards.
  • Workflow Coordination: Support the creative team in managing project workflows, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all tasks.

Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a similar design role within the creative industry, preferably within homeware, fashion, or related product categories. Demonstrated ability to take projects from concept to completion, consistently delivering high-quality results that align with brand objectives.
  • Project Coordination: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting tight deadlines with efficiency.
  • Creative Insight: Exceptional creative judgment, with a natural talent for design, layout, composition, and colour.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with experience in creating seamless pattern repeats being a plus.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
