We are recruiting for an Enablement Support Worker on a temp to perm basis based in Salisbury. The role is for 37.5 hours a week, and the salary is £25,720.50
Your new role
As an Enablement Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in our Homeless Service in Salisbury. As an Enablement Support Worker, you will manage a case load of 6 clients, providing essential support and guidance. Working collaboratively within a team and reporting to your Line Manager, you'll conduct client referrals and interviews, assess and manage risks, implement and monitor client support plans, and ensure service users understand their rights and responsibilities. Additionally, you'll maintain strict confidentiality, treat service users with respect and dignity, keep accurate records, promptly prepare bedrooms for re-let, and provide practical assistance to those in need.

  • Previous Experience:

Having relevant experience in a similar role is essential.

  • Driving:

While not essential, having a driving licence is a plus.

What you'll get in return

  • Salary:

Full-time annual salary starting at £25,720.50, rising to £26,500.50 after a probation period.

  • Working Hours:

Contracted for 37.5 hours per week.

  • Shift Patterns:

Weekly shifts between 7 am and 10 pm on a flexible rota, including some weekends and bank holidays.

  • Bank Holidays:

Double time pay for nominated bank holidays.

  • Training:

Access to excellent accredited training.

Paid during the working day.
