- Perform bookkeeping and manage inventory using the Sage 200 Evolution ERP system.
- Provide support for procurement activities and supplier management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and oversee logistics for specialized finishes.
- Create sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices in Sage.
- Process manufacturing stock orders within Sage.
- Assist with monthly stock checks and update data in Sage.
- Support management and sales teams with administrative tasks, including holiday coverage.
- Act as a liaison across departments, ensuring effective communication between factory and office.
- Handle phone inquiries and address customer and supplier questions.

- 1-3 years of experience in administrative and bookkeeping roles.
