Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join an award-winning Legal 500 law firm in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. This is a full-time permanent job opportunity with hybrid working, career progression and a comprehensive benefits package to include 5% pension contributions, BUPA (after probation) life insurance of 4x salary and 25 days leave plus BH.
Role Responsibilities
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor or Lawyer to join a Legal 500 Employment team. You will work closely with the Head of Department and have a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Day-to-day you will be advising on:
- General workplace issues
- Contract of employment / service agreements
- Settlement agreements
- Employment tribunal litigation
- Employee DSARs and restrictive covenant disputes
In addition, you work closely with the Corporate team, supporting them with employment related matters.
Person Specification
Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE. In addition, as the incoming Employment Lawyer you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in a range of Employment Law issues
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Be a team player
- Experience in business development, marketing and networking
- Have a following (desirable but not essential)
