SEO Manager - Manchester (hybrid 1 WFH per week) - Up to £45,000

We represent one of the UK's top online lighting retailers, currently looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join the team. This is a unique chance to work with a rapidly expanding company that has seen significant year-on-year growth. Their mission is to become the leading online retailer for all indoor and outdoor lighting in the UK, with a focus on maintaining a happy workforce and customer base.

In this role, you will take control of the organic growth of their website and be responsible for the SEO strategy, planning, and execution. As part of the eCommerce team, you will be responsible for managing the senior and junior staff and collaborating with the wider teams to ensure SEO and content is up to date across all teams. Furthermore, you will be expected to complete competitor analysis and stay up to date with the current trends to ensure all content aligns with the current market and brand standard.

Responsibilities of the SEO Manager:

  • Take control of the organic growth of the website.
  • Managed the strategy, planning, and execution of the SEO and content.
  • Complete competitor analysis and review new and old SEO campaigns to spot trends and create stronger strategies.
  • Review and act on technical site audits to keep the website's best technical health.
  • Explore how AI tools can benefit the company and SEO strategy.

Requirements of SEO Manager:

  • A passion for Digital Marketing as well as 3+ years experience in SEO.
  • Ability to pinpoint opportunities and implement where needed.
  • Strong copywriting and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
