Main Responsibilities as a Deputy Site Security Controller
- Adhere to and implement security assurance and compliance policies, suggesting improvements and updates as needed.
- Assist in communicating and disseminating security policies across the organisation.
- Contribute to the completion of regular compliance questionnaires.
- Foster internal relationships to promote best security practices, encouraging appropriate risk control measures.
- Assist in delivering awareness training on security requirements for employees.
- Maintaining Risk Management and Accreditation documentation for the facility.
- Managing Security Management Plans and Security Operating Procedures.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of security controls within the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Completed DISA Security Controllers course.
- Experience of developing security policy and standards.
- Holds SC clearance.
- Managing defence security awareness at business level.
