The Company:

Pertemps are recruiting for a Part-Time Purchase Ledger on a temporary ongoing basis, on behalf of a manufacturing company in the Dudley Area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and processing sales invoices.
  • Entering Purchase Invoices onto the system.
  • Matching, Batching, and coding invoices.
  • Ensuring invoices have correct supplier, cost, and delivery information.
  • Cross referencing supplier statement with system.
  • Dealing with general enquiries from customers and suppliers.
  • Sorting Purchase invoice queries and liaising with suppliers via phone and email.
  • General administrative duties—filing, scanning, photocopying.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Sage experience (Essential)
  • Experiencing using a range of software and accounting systems.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and to work to deadlines.
  • Experience working as a Purchase Ledger or in a similar role.

Hours of work:

18 hours per week (over 2 or 3 days); the company are flexible on working days and hours.
