Our client, a large student accommodation, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support them during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team, providing exceptional service to students. This is a temporary role that could become a permanent role for the right Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor Job Description

• Greet and assist students upon arrival
• Check-in new customers
• Receive and store parcels
• Deliver parcels to designated rooms
• Organise and distribute key fobs
• Conduct building walkthroughs
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor with a proven track record in customer service from industries such as student accommodation, hotels, , or retail. The ideal Customer Service Advisor will be available for an immediate start and can work different shifts.
