Regional Sales Manager (Spanish Speaking)

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager (spanish speaking) for one of our clients based in Bishops Stortford on a permanent basis.

Main purpose of the role will be managing and growing the sales of all products in a territory in line with Company ethics and pricing structure. Developing and maintaining relationships with Distributors, National accounts and E-commerce businesses is a key part of the job, as is creating brand awareness and ensuring that all products are promoted throughout the customer base and identifying new trading opportunities in order to bring in more revenue to the business, being part of the Export sales team will ensure a cohesive approach to accounts across Europe.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To operate in a filed based sales role representing the company and promoting all products.
  • Evaluate current Distributors to ensure that they are selling the maximum amount of the company's products as possible for their market and evaluate they need for other Distributors that may offer a way to market to new customers not currently covered by the established Distributors.
  • To achieve an agreed export sales budget within the agreed expenditure/resources.
  • Develop an overall 3-year business plan for your region with the Head of Sales
  • Develop training plans and trade show plans for your region
  • Competitor analysis and gathering market intelligence.
  • Visit and conduct video calls with customers and prospects.
  • To be an ambassador for the Company and its products.
  • Visit customers to ensure that your time spent on the road is effective by planning journeys to maximise sales potential.
  • Build a portfolio of new customers in line with the business goals.
  • Grow existing accounts.
  • Work closely with Operation and Marketing Departments to build, develop and execute strategies in line with corporate objectives.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Effective team player
  • Excellent time management skills; able to prioritise time and work well under pressure
  • The ability to provide high levels of customer care
  • Willingness to help both internal and external customers
  • Proactive, flexible and positive can-do attitude
  • IT Proficient
  • Cultivate strong professional business relationships both internally and externally.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 40 hour a week, (please note some weekend work is essential for events and trade shows)

In return our client offers a competitive salary of up to £48,000 (DOE)

Please note that can be a remote/hybrid working role - you do not need to be in the CM23 postcode to be considered.
