Are you a high-performing team manager looking for a rapidly expanding company and opportunity to play a pivotal role in our US growth plans?

This is an exciting opportunity for a new tech manager to progress rapidly to Directorship . You will inherit and lead our established team of 4-5 consultants in the thriving US tech market, driving growth, results and success.

Rise Technical is a leading recruitment consultancy across, Energy, Engineering, Technology and Construction markets, operating in the UK, US and Europe, in both private and public sectors. Growing from 3 people to over 200 today, with ambitious plans to over 1000. We currently have offices in Bristol, London, Manchester and Miami, and soon to open in Austin! We have further locations on the horizon and looking for people with shared values and vision to play a huge part in this.

This is an exciting and unique role as our current manager moves to lead the new Austin office. A fantastic opportunity for someone with a growth mindset, passion for leading teams and drive to succeed.

The Role:

  • USA Tech Team Manager
  • 360 Recruitment - Billing team manager
  • Managing an established team of 4-5 consultants with a vision to grow quickly

  • Develop and implementing growth strategy

The Person:

  • New or experienced tech recruitment manager
  • Exposure to US market (desirable)
  • Experience in a 360 technology recruitment role essential
