This role is a short term interim assignment for around 5-6 weeks to support the team through a period of high workload covering circa 15-20 requisitions concurrently. The Interim Recruiter will play a crucial role in driving the hiring processes within the business to hit designated targets as well as partnering efficiently with stakeholders.

Description

The Interim Recruiter will be responsible for:

  • Managing 15-20 hiring requisitions across the North of the UK including Northern Wales and Ireland.
  • Partner with care coordinators to meet clients requirements on each requisition and provide quality care to clients .
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to effectively support them in their recruitment needs
  • Source and screen candidates through a variety of job boards while managing requisitions on Microsoft packages
  • Partner with your compliance counterpart to ensure candidates are extensively background checked ahead of start dates

Profile

The ideal Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the following skills/qualities:

  • Proven experience within Recruitment; both internal and agency can be considered
  • Experience of posting and CV searching on job sites like Indeed, CV Library and Reed.
  • Ability to work with systems and Microsoft packages
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Available to start immediately
