Venn Group are working with a well-established Education Provider based in Kent who are looking for a Support Engineer to deliver support across the systems, departments and internal functions.
Support Engineer
Job Title: Support Engineer
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Location: Kent – flexible hybrid working model available
Duties:
- Carry out 1st & 2nd line IT support services that are delivered within operational levels.
- Provide support and guidance to apprentice engineers and service desk analysts where appropriate.
- Produce and maintain technical support documentation which covers all aspects of engineer related support.
- Daily proactive IT checks in classrooms
- Major contributor to the successful performance of operational targets.
- Undertake daily/weekly/monthly systems monitoring and remedial activities
- Identify and manage service improvement actions
- Contribute to departmental wide projects
- Resolve incidents and requests in timely fashion
- Provide great customer service to all users of the Network
Essentials:
- Enhanced DBS (dated within the last 3 years)
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies
- 1st and 2nd line support experience
