Would you like to work for professional services SME business in the Oldham Area? We are working exclusively with our client to assist with the recruitment of a Finance and Operations Director initially on a 6 month fixed term contract however the role could go Perm for the right person.
The role will have responsibility for a small finance team as well as overseeing operations in an SME environment. You will be hands on and oversee all month end and year end financial reporting, managing the budget process and support the senior leadership team in commercial decision making.
The role will also require the ability to work with the SLT to improve profitability and reduce costs where possible as well as lead in implementation of improved financial controls and processes.
Applicants should be Qualified with a strong track record of financial leadership gained in an SME environment. We are looking for a candidate that is available to start immediately.
The role will be fully office based.
