Role - NHS Charity Fundraising Administrator
Location - Brighton (multi-site)
Term - Full time Temp contract (3 months)
Rate - £13.28 per hour
Hours - 0900 - 1700
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Fundraising
- Engage with patients, visitors, and staff to recruit donors face-to-face.
- Promote charity challenge events including abseils, sky-dives, marathons, and more.
- Promote commercial events such as MyMusic gigs, comedy nights, and exhibitions in the hospital's Heritage Space.
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising events, ensuring they are well-organised and promoted.
- Assist in the development of new fundraising initiatives and activities.
- Nurture relationships with hospital staff to encourage participation in fundraising activities and events and lifting the profile of the charity internally
- Help to develop and train volunteers
Communication
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing donors.
- Communicate the mission and goals of the charity effectively to inspire donations.
- Provide information about upcoming events and ways to support the charity.
- Collaborate with the Fundraising Manager to develop promotional materials and social media content.
Administrative
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and donations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when handling donor information.
- Assist with the management of fundraising materials and resources
