Social Worker – Family Safeguarding Service
Myn is recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our long-term partner's Family Safeguarding Service in the West Midlands. If you are enthusiastic about supporting children and families, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a real difference, this is the role for you!
What You'll Do:
- Work creatively to support children and families, helping keep them together wherever safely possible.
- Be part of a multi-agency team that includes Social Workers, Child Practitioners, Drug and Alcohol Workers, Domestic Abuse Workers, and more.
- Support families from the initial assessment, through child protection plans, child in need plans, pre-proceedings, and care proceedings.
- Help parents create lasting change using the whole family approach to safeguarding.
- Expand your skills and confidence in front-line safeguarding practice with the support of our committed management team.
