Fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, long standing high street law firm in South Devon as a Commercial Property Solicitor. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will join a small successful team in handling all usual aspects of a high street Commercial Property caseload. Well supported team and hybrid working available.

Overview:

  • The caseload comprises all usual aspects of the sale and purchase of commercial property, including landlord and tenant acquisitions and disposals, relocations, funding, transfers of going concerns and residential and commercial developments. There is also an element of business and company transfer work and the related employment law as well as business leases.
  • There is a managerial element to this role which includes the supervision of more junior members of the team and team and firm strategy to contribute to, for the right candidate.
  • Exciting progression/succession/Partnership opportunities!

The successful candidate:

  • You will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE in the area of Commercial Property.
  • You will have excellent client care skills, commercial acumen and a problem solving mind.
  • Personality and drive are essential qualities for this position and would suit someone who is looking to really take ownership of their career within an already thriving organisation and be the big cog in a small wheel.
