Team Leader/Senior Support Worker - Exciting Opportunity in Blackpool

Are you a motivated and resourceful individual with experience in care? Join our Intensive Support Services team in Salford, providing support across two shared supported living services and four flats.
About the Role:
We support individuals with learning disabilities and intensive support needs, enabling them to achieve personal goals and lead fulfilling lives. Our services adopt a Positive Behaviour Support Model with input from a dedicated PBS Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respectful personal care, administer medication, and support with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
- Work closely with service users, their families, staff, and professionals to maximise outcomes.
- Develop and manage staff, including training, supervision, and appraisals.
- Support managers with business planning, service development, quality assurance, and CQC compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years' experience in providing care and support.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Experience in supporting and supervising a staff team.
- Flexibility to work on a rota, including sleep-ins.
