Finance Assistant

Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join their team as a Finance Assistant. This role is an entry into a busy Finance department, where you can contribute to the support and improvement of their services in the medical industry.
Day to Day of the role:
- Finance processing, including Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger.
- General administration tasks such as handling email queries, managing post, and answering telephone calls.
- Processing invoices for Purchase and Sales Ledger.
- Chasing outstanding debts and reconciling statements.
- Raising quotations and contract pricing.
- Reviewing open purchase orders and goods receipts.
- Providing cover for the team during leave and absences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months + experience or qualifications in Accountancy.
- Full training will be provided.
