Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Woking, Surrey
Salary/Benefits: £28k - £42k + Training & Benefits
Our Client is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team in the South East. They are a busy outfit who provide services to a range of Residential, Commercial and Local Authority contracts nationwide. Candidates will need to hold the P402, P403 & P404 qualifications and have existing experience working within the industry within a Surveyor / Analyst role. Contracts are covering the South East, so access to the M25 would be beneficial to candidates.
Ideal locations for candidates include: Woking, Epsom, Kingston upon Thames, Croydon, Bromley, Orpington, Hounslow, Guildford, Slough, Southall, Windsor, Bracknell, Twickenham, Sidcup, Erith, Oxted, Sevenoaks, Redhill, Caterham, Dorking, Camberley, Crowthorne, Weybridge, Watford, Borehamwood, Potters Bar, St Albans, Chesham.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst working for a UKAS Accredited outfit
- Must hold P402, P403 & P404 BOHS qualification (or RSPH equivalent)
- Strong Client-facing skills and maintaining relationships
- Writing comprehensive reports and compiling results / data
The Role:
- Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys
- Completing 4 Stage Clearances, and Personal, Background, Leak and Reassurance air testing
- Compiling reports for Clients, including Schematic Drawings
- Travelling across the South East and London, covering a mixed portfolio of Client sites
