Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Resin Shop Assembler for our client based in Dunmow on a temporary to permanent basis.
Main purpose of the role is to follow written instructions and work on machinery, cutting and preparing metal moulds with care and assembly resin moulds.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow written work instructions
- Follow Health and safety procedures - use of suits, gloves, respirators, safety shoes.
- Weighing out and mix polyurethane and epoxy resin, hardener and fillers
- Clean and preparing metal moulds with care, Apply release agent and assembly.
- Use of vacuum systems to fill moulds with resin
- Follow detailed inspection procedures
- Sand blasting components
- Packing finished goods
- Sanding and Polishing
- Flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Machine Operating experience.
- Work to tight deadlines
- Previous Moulding experience
- Use of hand tools
- Excellent verbal, written and critical thinking skills.
This position is a 38 hour week Mondy to Friday
In return our client offers a salary of £11.52 per hour with a 10% bonus paid at the end of the calendar year.
