We are currently seeking an Employment Solicitor to join our client's Thames Valley office. As part of their busy team, you will be responsible for handling employment tribunal litigation, providing employment relations advice, and supporting corporate transactions for a diverse client portfolio across various sectors, including logistics, infrastructure, technology, and retail.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Partner and Principal Associate who will provide you with a varied caseload and the necessary supervision and development opportunities. To be considered for this role, you should have at least one year of post-qualification experience or relevant training experience in a respondent-facing employment team. Experience in tribunal litigation and advisory work is highly desired. As a member of our client's team, you will work autonomously while receiving support from your colleagues. You will also have the chance to get involved in client relationship management and contribute to the delivery of effective and commercially-oriented services.
