Business Intelligence Analyst (12-Month FTC)
Location: Stoke-on-Trent - Hybrid 1 day per week in the office
Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12 months)
A BI analyst is needed to join a progressive housing association, committed to providing high-quality housing and support services to the community in Stafford and cheshire. Our client is looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance thier operations through insightful analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
- Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored BI solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI projects.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the housing sector or a related industry.
Technical Skills:
Power BI
Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
Data analysis
Data modelling
SSRS
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices.
Desired skills:
T-sql
DAX
Azure - Power Platform exposure
Projects:
During this 12 month FTC, projects that will be launched during this period consist of converting SSRS reports into Power BI, Automating regulatory returns, designing data warehouses and more!
