Ideally, you will have surveying experience from a rail background, however civils expertise would also be appealing.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
- Cost control and forecasting.
- Producing monthly CVR reports
- Preparation and agreement of applications for payment
- Assisting with Risk and Value Management to optimise solution.
- Contract Management
Although it would be great if you have CEMAR and Projectwise experience it's not essential for consideration.
