We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a great company within the Warrington area.

Duties:
- Serve as the primary contact for all billing and revenue-related inquiries.
- Manage Purchase Orders & review open Purchase Orders
- Conduct payment runs and ensure costs are booked/coded correctly for each project.
- Raise sales invoices, submit them to clients, and book receipts.
- Perform debtors' and creditors' reconciliations, as well as bank reconciliations.
- Maintain responsibility for the accuracy and auditability of all transactions posted.
- Collate timesheet data and engage in credit control activities.
- Submit monthly CIS returns and verify new suppliers for CIS.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Strong proactive communicator with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage time effectively within a deadline-driven function.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
- Strong team player with a flexible attitude to work priorities.
