Key responsibilities?
- Support students in lessons
- Create a safe and inclusive environment that supports positive behaviour and well-being.
- Create action plans with students and monitor their progress.
Requirements
- Experience with children with challenging behaviour.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
