Bramah HR is recruiting for a Head of HR to join a growing organisation based close to Warwick. An all encompassing HR role where the successful candidate will be leading the function this is a brilliant opportunity for a well established HR leader.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the HR agenda ensuring this at the forefront of activity for the organisation
- Oversee the HR team, managing their performance and driving standards of conduct
- Supervise the Payroll function in it's entirety
- Manage all HR policies and procedures
- Advise senior leadership on HR processes and procedures
Skills:
- Proven experience in an HR leadership position
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- CIPD Level 7
- Experience in the education sector
