In this role, you'll overseeing the smooth running of a busy production facility, ensuring products are made to a highly standard, within specification and in time for dispatch, you'll be managing a multi-disciplinary manufacturing cohort, dealing with Production Plans, ensuring H&S guidelines are always met as well as Continuous Improvement incentives.

THE ROLE:
- Managing a multi-disciplined manufacturing workforce
- Overseeing Production Scheduling/Planning, H&S , CI and Quality Control
- People management
- Product training
THE PERSON:
- Production/Manufacturing Management experience
- Any sector considered
- Previous experience working with Stainless Steel/Welding
- Experienced with the planning, CI and H&S
