Are you passionate about property and looking to advance your career? We are currently recruiting for a Property Transfer Administrator on behalf of our client based in Ringwood

As a Property Transfer Administrator, you will be responsible for managing property sales, transfers, and rentals, coordinating closely with solicitors, homeowners, and internal teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within property, estate agency, mortgages, lettings, or legal administration
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and a keen interest in improving workflows.
  • A solid understanding of HTBR mortgage tasks and relevant regulations.
  • A passion for property and a commitment to continuous learning and development.

Hours & Benefits:
