A very well-regarded multi-service Law firm working out of lovely modern offices in Birkenhead, has an opening within its award-winning Residential Conveyancing department, for an experienced and ambitious Residential Conveyancer (Fee-Earner, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor).
The Conveyancing department is industry recognised for its high-quality work and the outstanding level of service it provides to its clients. You'd be joining a very experienced team, consisting of both qualified and non-qualified Conveyancing Fee-Earners. Your new role will see you working with the wider team, responsible for your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, ably supported by the dedicated support team. Your caseload will be truly varied, and you'll ideally have experience in dealing with the full spectrum of Conveyancing matters (including Sale & Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold, Shared Ownership, New Builds and Help to Buy).
