A Day in the Life:

As a Second Charge Mortgage Adviser, you'll play a crucial role in delivering first-class service to our customers. You'll collaborate with industry experts, build meaningful relationships, and help us achieve our mission of financial empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the New Business team to manage qualified leads.
  • Navigating the financial landscape for your clients to source the most suitable products.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of lender criteria to ensure accuracy.
  • Delivering effective sales calls with well-researched recommendations.
  • Collaborating with lenders and Fluent's Case Management team to facilitate case progression.
  • Diligently following up on leads and managing cases for updates.
  • Achieving minimum performance targets with attention to detail.
  • Keeping up to date with FCA requirements and industry changes.
  • Promoting best practices in customer care and consistently championing the Fluent brand.
