About the Role
As a CDM Principal Designer, you will provide expert Safety Design consultancy to a variety of clients across sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Education, Heritage, and Infrastructure. You'll benefit from the flexibility of remote working, with the expectation to visit the office once a week or bi-weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Comprehensive Safety Design Consultancy: Offer top-notch safety design solutions to clients.
- Ensure CDM Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with CDM regulations.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with clients, architects, and project teams to ensure safety and compliance.
- Conduct Site Inspections: Perform thorough site inspections and provide detailed safety assessments.
Requirements
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction certification is essential.
- Memberships: Minimum Tech IOSH membership, APS membership preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a CDM Principal Designer.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £60,000.
