As a business development executive at Jobbler, you will play a crucial role in our success by driving our growth, expanding our client base and enhancing revenue streams. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Meeting and exceeding targets.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective business development strategies.
- Providing feedback and insights to help refine our platform and services.
- Building foundational knowledge of the market, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Track and report on business development activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Business development experience with a history of achieving or exceeding targets is preferable.
- Passion for business development and a desire to be part of a pioneering team.
- Experience and working knowledge of Pipelines and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
