  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards across all entities.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to optimise financial performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting.
  • M&A Support: Provide financial due diligence and integration support for mergers and acquisitions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a finance team.
  • Qualifications: Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
