Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic and fast-paced team at our Peterborough branch. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across various industries, helping them find the right people to meet their business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions accordingly.
- Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the suitability of candidates for specific roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including pre-site preparation and feedback.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practises to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service, with a strong track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think strategically and anticipate future recruitment needs.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
