You will be joining an exciting and evolving Property Management company who are delivering their services across the UK whilst opening up several new locations due to exciting growth plans. This company are forward-thinking in their day-to-day operations, combining the successful elements of a corporate property management company with the modern world of today.
Your new role
In this role you will be based in the Birmingham office 3 days per week, with 2 days hybrid
Ongoing management of an exciting portfolio with expansive options
Maintaining the existing client base whilst also looking for future opportunities to bring in new clients
Supporting more junior members of staff
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will be a property professional and dedicated individual who wants to succeed in their role and deliver an excellent service to your own clients that you will be managing individually. You will need to have experience working within commercial property management and everything that comes with such a dynamic and exciting line of work. MRICS is desirable, however, but those with equivalent experience, and those who are working towards chartership are also encouraged to apply.
What you'll get in return
A salary of up to £60,000 is offered dependent on your level of experience.
Hybrid working with a 2/3 split
If you are at the early stages of your career, then the company are able to support you on your journey to becoming a RICS Chartered Surveyor
