My client is growing regional contractor, that due to an increase in developments is looking to increase their management teams with a Construction Manager. This contractor is forward thinking and really making a significate change within its market.

Looking for driven construction managers to join and run project delivery. As a business they have a solid range of projects from refurbishment's to new builds, across various sectors. Project values £0.5million up to around £10million. These include projects on schools, NHS, and industrial with a range of both new builds and refurbishments.

As Construction Manager you will be aware of planning procedures and following tight site time schedules. You will be responsible for organising labour and ensuring all sub-contractors are following plans as to the programme and meeting deadlines as required.

It is of upmost importance Construction Manage can following strict health and safety procedures remaining compliant an up to date with industry standards.

Those Construction Managers that have continued with professional development would be of particular interest, for this innovative forward-thinking contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a developing contractor, with a strong pipeline of future works secured. Due to nature of some clients travel maybe required. During any working away, all accommodation and subsistence costs would be covered.

Essential Qualifications:

  • SMSTS Certification
  • CSCS Managers Card
  • First Aid Training
  • Full UK Driving License
