This local firm of Solicitors are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Graduate looking to start a successful career in the law industry, this is a brilliant opportunity where there will be the opportunity to progress.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all round assistance to a team of Solicitors who deal with a range of legal issues
- Preparing a mixture of legal documentation as well as general correspondence and reports
- Managing busy diary schedule and co-ordinating internal and external meetings with clients
- Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with general enquiries, resolving any issues when possible
- Opening files for new clients on computer system and archiving completed case notes
- Maintaining case costs, raising clients bills and recording payments received on accounts system
