Interim Financial Controller

Interim Financial Controller

  • Responsibility for good all-round customer service in for your team
  • Handling all customer/team queries
  • Dealing with day-to-day routine queries and overseeing administrative costs relating to four offices
  • Overseeing bank and balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow reporting
  • Organizing regular supplier payment runs
  • Month end reporting including reviewing accuracy of postings, reconciling control accounts, calculating prepayments/accruals and other adjustments.
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Work with the Finance Director to drive efficiency in processes, controls, and IT systems.
  • Develop reporting and analysis.
  • Manage fixed asset register.
  • Assisting with annual audit requirements
  • Managing Payroll

Requirements

  • A desire to learn and gain knowledge of financial principles and procedures.
  • Good EQ and soft skills when dealing with people to empathise and understand needs.
  • Very good knowledge of QUBE computer system.
  • Excellent at Excel spreadsheet creation and operation
  • AAT or ACCA Qualified
