Russian-Speaking Hybrid Executive Assistant Role, London, up to £100k gpa doe

We are looking for a highly experienced Russian speaking Executive Personal Asssistant to support a busy gentleman who splits his time between London and Ukraine.
Whilst the role is hybrid, you will need to be within reach of the office in London to be able to attend meetings when he is in town.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage the Principal's business & personal needs.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated, ideally Law or a related subject and an international outlook, good contacts and relevant experience to draw on.
There is a high level of responsibility so you will need to be professional, diligent and committed with the ability to work independently and ensure projects progress in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
Working directly with the Principal, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Diary and Inbox management - managing schedules, appointments, and daily operations
  • Meeting minutes and follow up points
  • Organising logistics arrangements, including arranging visas, booking flights & transfers
  • Scheduling and ensuring all appointments run smoothly
  • Handling personal appointments and record keeping
  • Identifying and coordinating specialists for various needs
  • Careful administration of documentation
  • Tracking and reporting on tasks and processes using spreadsheets and other tools.
  • Event planning and organisation
  • Liaison with wider team

Requirements:

  • Excellent written/spoken English
  • Fluency in Russian language
  • 5+ yrs experience in a similar role
  • Proximity to Central London for easy access to the office
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, attention to detail.
  • Experience in complex travel arrangements and last minute changes
  • Good contacts
  • Strong IT skills
  • Calm, professional demeanour
  • Being available for on-call duties outside of regular working hours

Days/Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-6pm, on call out of hours
Salary: £100k gpa depending on experience
