Bookkeeper needed!
Rural location in the beautiful countryside outside of Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper Administrator looking to join a busy, dynamic and digitally progressive business? Or perhaps you're an ambitious accounts assistant looking for the next step in your career? We're seeking a confident individual to support our client's Accounts Manager and contribute to the smooth running of both financial and administrative operations.
**About the Role
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll and supplier processes, and coordinating administrative tasks.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in bookkeeping and administration, who is looking for a varied role.
**Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Finance Administration
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Assist with payroll and expense tracking.
- Manage supplier accounts and payment schedules.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
Administrative & Facilities Support
- Oversee general office administration and document control.
- Maintain staff holiday, sickness, and leave records.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding paperwork.
**What We're Looking For
Essential:
- AAT Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency with bookkeeping software
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Significant experience in a similar SME environment.
