What You Will Do:
- Lead Quality investigations for the connected car Engineering team.
- Provide technical support for cloud-based issue analysis, utilising analytical tools to identify trends and triage concerns.
- Enhance and utilise MS Azure OMS Queries for debugging and triaging issues.
- Extract logs from the cloud and coordinate with suppliers to resolve concerns.
- Generate comprehensive reports and communicate findings with teams both locally and globally.
- Work cross-functionally with project quality, management, and engineering teams to ensure early response and transparency to concerns.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience in automotive electrical and electronic development, particularly in vehicle body electronics, navigation, or telematics systems.
- Knowledge of the electrical architecture of modern vehicle electronics and experience in fault finding.
- Understanding of network communications and cloud systems.
- Proficiency in ticket management tools and problem-solving techniques.
