Description
The Role:
- Maintain and update financial records.
- Reconcile invoices
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
- Prepare financial reports for internal use.
- Data entry and updating Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with the implementation of financial systems and processes
- Identify areas of continuous improvement within the company and systems
- Book appointments, accommodation, and travel as needed
- Ad-hoc administration support to the team
Profile
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong administration skills
- AAT qualification or demonstrable finance experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
