About the team
Our Clinical Negligence team represent clients who have experienced any instance of substandard medical treatment that causes injury or an existing condition to worsen. Our expert solicitors specialise in claims relating to brain injury, cerebral palsy and birth injuries. Examples of successful compensation awarded includes a Five-figure settlement for a first-time mother suffering depression after delayed surgery and more than £30 million for lifelong care for a boy starved of oxygen at birth.

About the role
We have an opportunity for a Legal Assistant to support two partners. They will be responsible for various tasks such as typing statements and other documents, managing schedules, arranging meetings, booking international travel and accommodation, time recording and invoicing, minute taking and drafting correspondence.
