This multi-branched, multi-award winning estate agency in Aldershot is looking for an experienced Sales Progressor, or someone with the right characteristics to become a Sales Progressor
They have big plans for the next couple of years and now's a great time to come aboard.
You
Either you currently work in Sales Progression, or have the right skillset to transfer into a Sales Progression role. This could be as a Sales Administrator, Move Co-ordinator or as a Negotiator who has done Sales Progression as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other chain participants to progress property sales efficiently.
- Regularly update all parties involved on the progress of property transactions, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process, such as legal or financial obstacles, to expedite the sale.
- Monitor and manage the progression of multiple property sales simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within the real estate sector, preferably in a sales progression or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the property sales process and associated legal and financial aspects.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage client expectations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach, capable of handling challenges and finding solutions efficiently.
Package
- Circa £30k base and £34k OTE
- Mon - Fri 8.45am - 5.30pm
- 23 days + bank holidays
- Hybrid working to be considered after probation
