Our client is looking for a property manger with around 1 year's experience who is ideally working towards AIRPM or keen to start on that path.
You will be mainly dealing with residential properties with an understanding of the various types of leases. Our client is the owner of the property so you will be liaising with tenants, leaseholders through general correspondence, emails, calls and newsletters. You will have great communication skills both written and verbal and be keen to offer a really strong customer service experience for your stakeholders.
You will manage site staff, caretakers, porters etc., offer accurate administration support, deal with insurance claims, undertake property inspections; the full wide range of this interesting busy role.
The hours are 9.15 - 5.30 with some need for overtime to attend resident meetings or visit sites.
