A long-established business is now looking to hire a bright Client Services Executive to join their team in South West London. You will work alongside a supportive Client Services team to process customer orders via email, phone and online, overseeing the production and delivery of products, and acting as a point of contract for the business with couriers and customer enquiries. This position is ideal for someone who has experience in a customer service position and would like to work closer to home with flexible working patterns.

As the Successful Client Services Executive, you will:
- Processing customer orders via email, phone, and online, verifying payment details.
- Managing the manufacture and delivery of customised items while serving as a liaison between the production team, the business, and clients.
- Serving as the company's front-of-house point of contact and coordinating with couriers, customer enquiries, stock updates and charitable donations.
- Collaborating with the sales team to maintain stock levels, following up on goods which need to be restocked and monitoring levels between monthly stock counts.
- Communicating with manufacturers on order details, lead times and arranging delivery for allocated delivery dates.
The ideal Client Services Executive will have:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer services or client services role.
- Experience of working front of house.
- An engaging telephone manner and the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel in databases.
In return, you will receive a salary of up to £26,000 per annum (dependant on level of experience) and great benefits which can be discussed at a further stage. The working hours of this position are 8:30am - 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) with no evenings or weekends.
