Training Lead (Operations Manager – Training)

About the Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Training Lead to design, deliver and continually improve the onboarding and development of new hires across the UK and remote teams. You'll blend operational rigour with a human-centred approach to learning, creating a best-in-class playbook and feedback loop that keeps pace with product enhancements and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and roll out system and process training programmes for new starters
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive training playbook, incorporating feedback to refine content and delivery
  • Liaise closely with Product Development to highlight and resolve onboarding pain points
  • Provide data-driven talent insights to inform retention and performance strategies
  • Act as a stakeholder liaison, ensuring seamless transitions and high team engagement

About You:

  • 2–3 years' experience in training, learning & development or operations
  • Exceptionally organised, analytical and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator with a "structured as hell" mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment and under pressure
  • UK (London) -based with occasional travel to support roll-out
