Temporary Sales Administrator

SF Recruitment are looking for a Sales Administrator for an exciting Temporary to Permanent opportunity in Heanor.

Are you organised and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction?

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and export certificates.
Coordinate delivery notes and shipments with warehouse staff.
Raise and send invoices promptly.
Communicate delivery information to customers and handle invoicing queries.
Process customer orders received via email or our website.
Check stock availability and provide accurate delivery dates.
Process purchase orders for business consumables, stationery, etc.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Answer phones and handle inquiries.

Experience:
Previous sales administration experience is preferred, relevant administration experience is essential.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in using the Sage system or similar software is preferred.
Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Monday to Friday, Office Based.
£11.44 per hour.
