Description
- Oversee all company accounts and investment opportunities
- Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management
- Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budget
- Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements
- Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
- Manage the preparation of all financial reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Lead the Accounting & Finance department and foster a team-oriented environment
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation
- Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
