An exciting opportunity awaits to join our Administration Team as a Finance Administrator! Collaborate with the team and work independently to deliver top-notch service to all customers.

This versatile role includes validating invoices, inputting data, updating spreadsheets, completing monthly audits, and quality checking service care. You'll also liaise between service providers and users, ensuring excellence in customer service

Everyday you will...

  • Complete monthly audits - checking in with service providers to see if service users are still current, then liaising with service users and their families to quality check the service of care
  • Respond to invoice queries via telephone and email in a timely manner, problem solving whilst updating and uploading invoices onto our in house systems
  • Build your knowledge of the NHS within the role in order to understand the pressures and importance of timely discharges
  • Support your Senior with the delivery of the contract you are assigned to whilst maintaining KPIs within SLA

  • Previous administration experience with a high attention to detail
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload independently
